Mermaid Manor is a beautiful five bedroomed house located in a great location in Filey, being only a five minute walk to the beach and the main street. This recently updated house is perfect for a large family or groups of friends!
Inside, there is a spacious lounge area furnished with a TV, fireplace, and comfortable sofas/chairs. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with the necessities such as: microwave, kettle, oven, fridge and freezer. A wooden dining table that seats 11 guests is also available. A utility room is located next to the kitchen which has a walk in shower room and a cupboard housing a washing machine.
On the first floor is a double bedroom, a shower room and separate bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom and a beautiful master bedroom with a king size bed - a freestanding luxury bath is also located in this room. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, triple room made up of a double bed and single bed and an additional shower room with bathroom.
Outside of the manor is an enclosed courtyard garden with seating, as well as off street parking for one car - there is lots of unrestricted parking on the road outside and many surrounding streets (although this is not guaranteed).
Mermaid Manor welcomes two pets for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay.
