No 3 Brooklands is a beautiful, light and spacious two-bedroom apartment in a central location in Filey. No 3 Brooklands is pet friendly (£15 per stay) and includes a small rear yard with seating to the front of the property.


    The property offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with various sleeping arrangements, including a double bedroom on the ground floor and a double plus twin bunk setup on the first floor. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

    Outside, there is a small rear yard and comfortable seating at the front of the property, perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The location is incredibly convenient, with just a two-minute walk to Crescent Gardens and the town, and only five minutes to the beach or Glen Gardens.

    Noteworthy features include a bedroom and bathroom conveniently located on the ground floor, a walk-in shower, and Wi-Fi access. Additional amenities such as an iron, hairdryer, and high chair are also provided to enhance your stay.

What a view, particularly at sunset! We had a car so the location was great. A five minute walk to the beach, and a 20 minute walk to the marina. The car came in handy for grocery shopping and going into town, but something like Uber would work too.

The apartment had everything we needed.

We loved our stay here, with two very young children if was perfect, the apartment is large, well equipped, modern and very clean. Ground floor apartment with plenty of room to play, with pool and a children’s park. The terrace gets the afternoon and evening sun and only a 2 minute walk to the marina and 15-20minute walk to the old town.
