Villa Tino is an old farmhouse, situated on the top of a hill from which it is possible to admire the Chianti hills on one side and the Val d’Orcia on the other. The stone building is surrounded by a beautiful, completely fenced garden. The forecourt, used as a parking area for at least four cars, is reached through an automatic gate. From here, a short staircase leads to the garden and the entrance to the house. This property is ideal for anyone wishing to enjoy a peaceful holiday while also taking the opportunity to visit popular cultural tourist destinations and appreciate one of the most beautiful areas of nature in the world.
In the large garden, which has flowerbeds and tall trees, there is a 6 x 12 m swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace and a gazebo, next to which is the farmyard which has a large table and chairs for eating “al fresco”. At the back, there is a north-facing terrace with areas where guests can relax.
The farmhouse is furnished with typical Tuscan pieces and has air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, a CD player, a fireplace, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and a children’s highchair.
On request, it is possible to have a private chef. All the bathrooms have hair dryers.
On the lower floor, there is a small spa with a large whirlpool bathtub, sauna and other accessories.
All the necessary services can be found around 1.5 Km from the villa: post office, chemist, bakery and a large supermarket, as well as the stop for the bus service into Siena.
