There are three bedrooms - two en-suite doubles and one twin bedroom - the twin has a sofa bed so technically a 7th and 8th person (children only) could stay here. All bedrooms are light and bright with wardrobes and each bedroom has patio doors accessing the garden. The double bedroom has a brand-new en-suite shower bathroom. There’s also a full house bathroom too meaning there’s a private bathroom for each of the bedrooms if you choose to use them as such.

The brand new covered BBQ terrace area comes with outdoor oven, sink and space for garden utensils which is perfect for outdoor entertaining and dining al fresco. There is an outdoor shower room next to here (proper shower with hot water) and toilet, and utility area with washing machine.

Casa Dos Avos Nou is a wonderful new addition to our portfolio of Portugal villas, and has everything that you wish for in a family villa - great outdoor space, bright, modern interior, and its in a great location. A few restaurants, cafe bars, and a mini market are within a few minutes walk from the house, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away - Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.

The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.

The best beaches are close too, just a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have great restaurants too.

Salgados Golf Course is closeby for the golfers.
