​Spacious private villa O’Mirante is set in an elevated position overlooking Vale de Parra right to the Algarve coastline. With sea views, and a quiet peaceful location - but just 3km to Gale beach - this is the perfect base for your relaxing Portuguese villa holiday.

Villa Mirante is a spacious, private villa ideal for families as the swimming pool is fenced and gated. The swimming pool can also be heated for an additional fee of £250 per week.

With stunning views over Vale de Parra area to the coast, in an elevated position this villa offers beautiful views over the countryside to the coast and is located in a quiet area with just a few other neighbouring villas.

Access to the main entrance door is via 6 steps. Internally the villa comprises of large entrance hall leading to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. The separate utility room houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There is a living/dining area with comfortable sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table and chairs. Patio doors open out on to the terrace and pool area and there is also an exterior table and chairs on the covered terrace.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, each with fitted wardrobes. One bedroom has double bed and the other has 2 x single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a spacious shower room with large walk in shower, twin basins and toilet.
The curved stairs lead to the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms. One bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower over. The fourth bedroom has 2 x single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
These upper bedrooms each have patio doors leading on to a shared terrace offering wonderful views.

The villa also has a security alarm system and there is ample parking for 3 vehicles.
Externally there is a charcoal BBQ, pretty garden area with some grass, table tennis table and terraced areas with sun loungers.
The swimming pool measures around 11 mts x 5 mts and varies in depth from 1 mt to 2.5 mts.

There is a refundable damage deposit payable before travel of £500 and is obviously refundable subject to no damages.

Walkable from the villa is Vale De Parra, you are able to walk to some shops, a bank, and a cafe. The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away from the centre oF Vale De Parra. There is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great. Vale de Parra is close enough to Albufeira Old Town and New Town (10 minutes approx by taxi!) so you can enjoy the hustle and bustle day or night should you wish.

Located just a short distance from the vibrant city of Albufeira, Vale de Parra offers a more laid back holiday away from the bustling crowds of the town but you are only a short taxi ride away.

Vale de Parra is renowned for its stunning beaches, with Praia da Galé being one of the highlights.
