Villa Ramiro is separated into two apartments and is a beautiful villa with a heated salt water swimming pool (extra charge). It is the perfect property for extended families or two families or groups travelling together. it is conveniently located, as it is within walking distance to everything and only a few minutes from the beach. Both apartments are tastefully decorated and have separate entries and terraces.
Inside, on the ground floor there is a queen size bedroom, a bathroom, and a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and toaster. There is also a door that leads to the balcony from the kitchen, that is furnished with a breakfast table. The living room is furnished with three comfortable sofas, and a TV. A door also leads from this room to a covered terrace that has a large dining table that seats 11 guests.
On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and 2 queen bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A second kitchen can also be found on this floor which is fully equipped with the necessities. The living room has a door that leads out to a covered terrace, with a dining table and a sun terrace with steps that lead to the pool.
A table tennis table is located on the pool terrace, as well as sun-loungers.
Please note, the pool can be heated for an addition £250 per week.
