The other 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, one being a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the other being a twin bedroom. An additional bathroom is also available on this floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the necessities such as: fridge, freezer, oven, kettle, and toaster. The living room/dining area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a wooden dining table that seats 6 guests. There are also sliding doors that allow access to the terrace area, which is furnished with an outdoor table that seats 6 guests - perfect for al fresco dining. As well as a spacious outdoor barbecue and bar area.
The property is completely fenced in and an automatic gate gives access to the properties parking facilities. The games room is in a separate room from the house and can be accessed through the front garden.
