Villa Habitate is a fantastic four bedroom bright, airy and modern house. Situated in a lovely quiet area and great for families.
It has a private pool, BBQ and lovely outdoor lounge area, where you can play table tennis and table football. With a gated pool possibility, (request at least 7 days before arrival please) and all the entertainment this is a great family villa.
The villa has a room named the ‘dollhouse’ where there is a wide range of dolls for all taste and other young children’s toys. Your children can use and entertain themselves during their stay.
Villa Habitate is located around of the most wanted beach of Albufeira, such as Gale Beach, Salgados Beach, Evaristo Beach, Coelha Beach and Sao Rafael Beach.
This property has a rare and excellent option of having a fenced pool by request. Please tell us before maximum 7 days before your stay if you would like this option.
Please note, there is a refundable security deposit of £250 subject to no damage.
A spiral staircase has just been installed from the master bedroom - which is located on the 1st floor - which gives direct access to the swim, pool and BBQ area.
We can accept an extra bed in the villa making capacity 9 for a £250 supplement.
We are able to accept pets if you pre-book them with us - these are on request and there will be a small extra cleaning deposit.
