Beautiful Villa Mauri Luxe is located in an area of total tranquility but a short distance from bustling nightlife (restaurants and bars) of Albufeira. Villa Mauri Luxe is built at a high point on the cliff top so offers breathtaking views over the ocean.

Living Area: On the ground floor there is the large living room, all made of glass with fantastic views over the lush gardens. In the middle of the villa there is an open garden area, with flower vases, a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room. In one of the corners there is a TV area with TV and DVD player, as well as a fire place. For the card game lovers there is a corner with a card game table.

If you need to do a bit of work while on holiday, you can do so in the second floor office while looking at the ocean views.

Kitchen: There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge and a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden. Down on the basement level you will find the washing machine.

Bedrooms: There are 6 bedrooms in total in Villa Mauri Luxe. On the ground floor, you will find 2 twin sofa beds bedrooms (which share a bathroom). These bedrooms can be linked. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 children. You then have a wooden staircase that takes you to the first floor which the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large terrace with superb views over the sea. This room also has a TV and DVD player on offer. You then have a twin bedroom, and two final double bedrooms that are accessed by a wooden corridor at open air and opens to the terrace of the master bedroom.

Bathrooms: There are 5 bathrooms suits in Villa Mauri Luxe. The twin bedrooms on the ground floor share a bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has an en-suite with large shower bathroom. The twin bedroom has an en-suite with bath tub. The final two double bedrooms both have en-suites with showers.

On the ground floor there as well, a guest toilet. At basement level you also have a small guest bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Games: Down on the basement level you will find the brand new gym equipped with treadmill, stationary bike and a range of weights. Also take advantage of the small games room with a pool table on offer.

Outside: The villa opens a beautiful garden with a pool area and the sea in front. You can take a dip in the pool (10x6metres) (can be heated, for £500 per week), get some sun in the sun lounges, relax in the Jacuzzi or have a barbecue. There is a covered BBQ area with dining table, a bread oven and a guest toilet.

Other Information: Air con and WiFi throughout. Rates include maid cleaning service 7 days per week, bedroom linen, bathroom and pool towels.

Maid Service: Bed linen is changed every other day and towels are changed daily.

Local Areas: Villa Mauri Luxe is located just 7 minutes by foot to the famous Strip in Albufeira, which boasts many bars, and clubs. There is a selection of restaurants, a beach, bars and a large supermarket. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine-hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by. You are also a short car trip from the charming resort of Olhos d’Agua.

Please note weddings and events are possible in the villa! There is a wedding and events fee of £3000, and the refundable security deposit is £5000.

There is a daily maid service with towel and linen changed daily.
