Villa Norcas Grande and Villa Helene Norvilla make up Villa Norcas Maxi.
Sleeping 22 in beds, and an extra bed per property we can accept 25 people. The villas have those small extra nice touches, like coffee pod machines, a safe, bluetooth speakers for your use, and a DVD player. We have an office close by with staff should you need anything at all during your stay.
Walkable from the villas is Vale De Parra, you are able to walk to some shops, a bank, and a cafe. The nearest Supermarket is Aldi and is just 200m away, there is a cafe and cake shop, and a grilled meat restaurant/takeaway. Sao Domingos restaurant is very popular and is just 500m away, also Cabanitas bar that shows a lot of the sports channels! Location wise the house is great and a car is not essential.
VILLA NORCAS GRANDE is a fantastic space for large parties, golfers and families wanting to holiday ‘together’ but have their own private villa. Consisting of two identical attached 3bedroom houses sharing a large plot. The third adjoining house is not being rented to holidaymakers for 2023 and the grounds are just for your use! With pool table, table-tennis and fussball too you’ll not be short of things to do. A kids splash pool, and large pool both that can be heated too, with new walk in steps just built for 2023, and a huge brick BBQ.
VILLA HELENE NORVILLA is a wonderful bright five star luxury villa, just 50 metres away and sharing the same fantastic villa owner. It offers five, beautiful hotel style en-suite bedrooms. We use luxury hotel standard linen and towels, from high end Portuguese company Nostrobiz. We provide hand soaps, toilet roll and washing up items. 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, 2 twin bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. Private balconies for extra peace and quiet! With ten high quality sun loungers around the large pool (11m x 5m), ample parking on the large driveway (shared with our next door villa Helena Norvilla with electric gates), and a table-tennis table the outdoor space has everything it needs!
The best beaches are close too, just a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes max in the car. Gale Beach, Lourenco and Castelo beaches all have restaurants too.
A few restaurants, cafe bars, and a mini market are within a 2 minute walk from the houses, and Albufeira town is only a 10 minute taxi ride away and Uber are in the area now and are usually easy to order.
