Inside the villa on the entrance floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room that share the same space with a balcony that has beautiful sea views.
On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and a glass door leading to the garden and small pool. There is also a bathroom with shower and another double bedroom also with access to the garden and pool.
On the upper floor there is a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds (with air conditioning) and a balcony. Another suite with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, also with a balcony with sea views are also on the upper floor.
Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £1500 - subject to no damage.
From April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged. From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
