Villa Atlantico is a comfortable and stylish villa with an eclectic design. When you enter, you’ll see the living room straight ahead. It has air conditioning and glass doors that open to the outdoor pool. On this floor, there is also a well-equipped guest bathroom and a spacious kitchen that connects to the dining room, with air conditioning and glass doors leading to the pool area. The pool area includes furniture for sunbathing and outdoor dining.
On the entrance floor, you will find one suite with two single beds, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bathtub. There are also two additional suites, each with a double bed, air conditioning, and a bathtub.
On the upper floor, there is a balcony with sea views and the master suite. This luxurious suite has an air-conditioned walk-in closet and a bathroom with a shower and a corner bathtub.
Finally, the villa has a lower floor. Here, you’ll find a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, an extra bedroom with two single beds, and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
Please note, the pool can be heated for an additional £350 per week.
Please note, from April to October, a municipal tourist tax of €2 per person, per night is charged (not included in price). From November to March, the amount drops to €1 per night per person. The tax is payable up to 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from this tax.
Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £1500, subject to no damage.

Maximum capacity is 8 adults & 2 children. Cleaning service 3x a week with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Changeover every 7 days and towel change midweek. Pool heating should be requested till 5 days before the arrival for an extra charge of £350 payable in advance prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of £1500 payable via credit card prior to arrival and refunded within 7 days - 2025 will be a jacuzzi available for an extra price of £350 per week this should be requested and paid before the arrival.
