On the ground floor, there is a cozy bedroom equipped with two single beds, which shares a bathroom with other areas of the home. Moving to the first floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom that includes a double bed and a private bathroom for added convenience. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms on this level, each furnished with a double bed and sharing a bathroom that boasts a relaxing bathtub. To ensure comfort, all the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning.
The living room is bright and harmonious, featuring a flat-screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The dining area, slightly elevated, overlooks the terrace above the pool, which is furnished for relaxing. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with access to an outdoor dining area and BBQ. In the basement, there’s a recreation area with a pool table and a TV with a games console for gaming or movie watching.
The outdoor area has a nice pool that is about 8 meters in length by 4 wide, It has some sun loungers and parasols scattered alongside it so you can catch some sunshine.
There is a gas BBQ next to the outdoor table with shade and seating for 8, outdoor sofas and another private terrace on the first floor with a table and chairs.
The property has private parking right in front of the entrance.
