Living Area: As you enter into the villa, you find yourself in the entrance hall which looks into the living room down one step. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. Within the living area, is a door leading to a small sitting area.
On the basement level is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Kitchen: Adjacent to the living is a modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen opens up lovely to the outdoor dining area and has a lovely flow coming through. The kitchen is stocked with appliances such as gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge freezer and much more. The kitchen is shared with the dining area that will seat 8.
Bedrooms: Villa Sol Golf has 4 bedrooms. You have two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, and a double and a twin bedroom on the first floor. The double bedroom (Master) on the first floor has a dressing area and a sun trap balcony overlooking the golf course.
Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. One twin room downstairs has a step-in shower en-suite and the second twin has a bath with hand held shower en-suite. The twin room upstairs has a step in shower en-suite and the Master en-suite has a bath with hand held shower.
Outside: Spacious garden, covered terrace with table and chairs for 8, outdoor lounge furniture, large swimming pool with sun loungers, and Gas BBQ.
