Casa Manor Pedras de Cima is a luxurious and detached house in the eastern part of the Algarve, ten minutes from Tavira. Just 5 minutes from the beach and with a private pool, and lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy and relax, you can spend a wonderful time with a group of friends or family all year round. We can host stunning weddings and events here, maximum 60 persons on the wedding or event day.
The mansion has two floors and there are a total of 10 bedrooms, all with their own (heated) bathroom en-suite. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. The bedrooms all have a ceiling fan in the house. An 11th bedroom with its own bathroom is located in the annex by the pool, which has air conditioning/heating too and three sofa beds.
Casa Manor Pedras has a beautiful view over the coastline of the Algarve. This is even better to admire from the roof terrace near the pool. The outdoor space here has everything that you would want! Around the pool is everything you need to relax and the luxurious outdoor bar makes it all the more enjoyable. Plenty of seating areas, huge lawned area, and sports field - great for Yoga and football and other outdoor activities. The pool is always heated to a minimum of 20 degrees, so this is a perfect villa for winter rentals. The pool can be heated up to 25 degrees for an additional charge of £300 per week. So for every season this is the place to be.
With a total of 3.5 hectares of protected area, the mansion is situated between a lemon orchard with no less than 1,200 lemon trees, palm trees, (sub)tropical fruit trees and plants. The fruit and vegetables can be picked and eaten throughout the year according to need. The garden around the house offers lovely shady spots and for various sports activities there is a large sports field, including sports equipment, of 35x70m. There is a football table here for extra entertainment. There is a toilet close to the pool, and an outdoor shower.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and more, and boasts a 5-burner induction cooker, 2 electric ovens, water oven, water filter, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, a Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker.
But the most special part (our favourite) is the authentic courtyard with old olive trees. A BBQ and Pizza oven complete the outdoor life, and events/weddings have a beautiful traditional Portuguese and calm, tranquil feeling here.
The environment around the villa is beautiful and versatile. Surrounded by picturesque villages, untouched nature reserves, golf courses and of course close to the beautiful white beaches, there is something for everyone.
Tavira is only 10 minutes away and Santa Luzia the fishing village (famous for its octopus dishes) even closer.
