Several steps up from the pool area leads to the beautiful lounge and dining room, with white walls and stone pillars and arches. There are comfortable corner sofas here and the latest entertainment systems. Huge windows from the lounge look down over the pool to the town of Pollença and the hills beyond. Above the lounge and dining room is a wooden mezzanine - perfect as a reading area.
A well designed contemporary kitchen leads out of the lounge, with a range of new appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. Another door from the kitchen leads directly out to the pool area. There is a utility room here too with a bathroom and walk-in shower, for showering after a swim.
Two large and airy bedrooms are also here on the ground level. A twin room and a king-size double room both have floor-to-ceiling wardrobes with lots of storage space.
