The lounge area is decorated in neutral colours with a comfortable sofa and large flat screen TV with English TV channels, sliding doors lead on to the covered terrace. The dining area is reached via an archway in the lounge, from here doors open onto the rear terrace.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen for all your self-catering needs, doors from here lead conveniently to the BBQ area.

On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, and 2 twin bedrooms, each with ensuite shower rooms.

The entire 1st floor has a further double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an access to a private terrace.

The bedrooms are fitted with hot and cold Air Conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the units are on a timer from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

The Villa will be fully prepared for your arrival. All our villas are cleaned following a strict cleaning protocol, ensuring your peace of mind.

Pollenca town is 10 minutes away, with its cobbled streets, the impressive Calvario Steps, and a wide selection of restaurants to suit all tastes, or simply to relax in the main square with a locally made Ice Cream watching the world go by.

All our properties include the 1st Cot and Highchair free of charge. Additional cots and highchairs can be arranged.
