The separate kitchen with dining area has been finished to the highest standard and is fully equipped for the preparation of any kinds of meals. Patio doors lead to the outdoor terrace furnished with dining table, chairs, rattan sofas, barbecue. On the ground floor there are also a double bedroom, a huge family shower room, a private gym and a laundry area with washing machine as well as dryer. A staircase leads up to the first floor. With its precious wooden floors and high ceilings, this floor houses a “home-cinema” with armchairs and flat screen, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms once again with their en-suite shower rooms. Particular emphasis has been given to the storage space for clothes, to the style of the furnishing and to the size of the bathrooms which are really surprisingly large and beautifully finished.
