About Villa Noelia

Villa Noelia is a menorcan style semi-detached villa, located in a complex with 3 other villas. This villa is only a short walk away from the beach and resides in San Jaime. With a communal pool and garden, Villa Noelia has a lovely terrace that allows guests to see the breathtaking views of the ocean.

Inside, the villa has a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa and wonderful fireplace. There is also a tv and a wooden table and chairs to accommodate more guests. Villa Noelia has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A double bedroom, a twin, and the last one is a bedroom with bunk beds.

The villa has been upgraded for 2026 with a full refurbishment of furniture.

Cots and highchairs are available for a small supplement.

Please note, there is a Refundable Security Deposit with the property, payable before travel, of £300

Beautiful apartment in a secure complex with large pool area with very shallow end for younger children and also good sized separate children’s pool. Set in a quieter area of Albufeira, ideal for families, and only 2 minutes walk from the amenities, restaurants, etc. of the Marina. About 25 - 30 minutes walk into the Old Town along the front or 5 minutes by local bus (bus stop 1 minute away) or taxi . Also when requested promptly provided an additional gate key and extra towels as we were an extended (3 generations) family of 7. Absolutely incredible villa to stay in for your vacation. Super private, felt like we were the only villa on that hill when sunbathing and relaxing on the balcony and around the pool. Lovely and clean decor, up to a modern standard and gave the exact feel of a Spanish villa, exactly what we were after.

The view you get from this villa is amazing of the whole of Son Bou, incredible in the day looking out at the sea and romantic for those evenings watching the sunset with a glass of wine. We definitely did not want to leave and would be 100% booking again.

Thank you for making our stay better than we could of thought with your amazing villa it was the perfect choice for me personally returning to Son Bou for the first time in around 10 years from where I use to come every year with family for 20 years as a child, this just topped off the returning memories even more, we can’t recommend it enough. - Alex, May 2024
