Villa Latif is a charming and stylish 4-bedroom detached villa in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The property has lots of outdoor space cleverly set over various levels. This offers a pool terrace, dining bbq area and shady ottoman seating, commanding great sea views from the higher levels. With air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and a 15-minute walk to town and the harbour, it is a great choice for families.
Ground Floor
Villa Latif has an open plan living area, the kitchen is well-equipped and contains integrated electric oven & microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle and water cooler. For inside dining, there is a dining table and seating for eight guests with a view over the pool terrace.
The comfortable lounge area includes one large and two smaller sofas, coffee table, and TV unit with flat screen TV, and doors that lead out onto the pool terrace. A beautiful sliding wooden door leads off the lounge where a ground floor shower room and twin bedroom can be found, with a side window garden view.
First Floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms, one of which is a large en-suite master bedroom and the two further bedrooms share a bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are equally spacious and each enjoy their own balcony with fabulous sea views, bedroom four has a window garden side view.
The bathroom on this level also contains utility cupboards with washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Bedroom 1 – Twin bedroom, single beds, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, fan, window garden side view, bathroom with Rain Forest shower next door (this bedroom is on the ground floor).
Bedroom 2 – Master double en-suite shower room with Rain Forest shower, queen size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, occasional chair, air-conditioning, balcony with mosquito screens, pool view and panoramic sea view.
Bedroom 3 – Double bedroom, king size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, occasional chair, fold-out bed if required, air-conditioning, balcony with mosquito screens, 2 chairs & side table, with pool view and panoramic sea view.
Bedroom 4 – Double bedroom, double size bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, fan, window garden/pool side view.

Outside
Villa Latif really benefits from the amount of outdoor space. A lovely shady ottoman seating area can be found at the side of the property which opens onto the pool terrace with a 4 x 6m (1.65m) pool, with waterfall feature and separate children’s pool. The pool terrace includes sun beds, side tables and parasols and from the pool area a garden view is enjoyed.
From the pool area steps lead up to a covered pergola dining terrace with built in bbq, sink and dining table with seating for 8 guests. Picturesque sea views across Kalkan can be enjoyed from this level.
Further steps lead up to the sun-drenched roof terrace with uninterrupted views, perfect for enjoying the Kalkan sunsets. There is on road parking for multiple cars.
