Inside, the villa features a cosy living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms designed to provide a comfortable stay. The inviting ambience makes it an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the region. The living room is air-conditioned and has an ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace. The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite worktop, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Colinentre features four air-conditioned bedrooms, each designed for comfort and convenience. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and includes its own en suite bathroom, providing a private retreat. Similarly, the second bedroom also boasts a double bed and an en suite bathroom for added privacy. The third bedroom offers two single beds, perfect for friends or family members travelling together, while the fourth bedroom features another double bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for all guests. For families travelling with young children, a travel crib and highchair are available at no extra charge.

In addition to the bedrooms, Villa Colinentre has five well-appointed bathrooms. Both en suite bathrooms, attached to the first and second bedrooms, come with a bath and W/C, offering a relaxing space for guests. The family bathrooms, which cater to the other bedrooms, include two with showers and W/Cs, as well as one that features a bath and W/C, ensuring that everyone’s needs are met during their stay.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation, with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, and a shaded terrace for dining al fresco. Whether enjoying a refreshing dip in the pool or sipping a glass of wine as the sun sets, the outdoor space is designed for ultimate comfort. The pool is South-West Facing and is 12.0m x 6.0m in size then the Shallow End = 1.0m; Deep End = 2.0m. Additional Pool Features: Pool Shower, Pergola, Sun Beds and Poolside Dining Area.

The tax amount is set at 2 Euros per guest per night. Children under 13 years old are exempt from this tax. The tax is payable for up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person, per stay. This is paid upon arrival to the local agent.
