Villa Olhos Sun is a superb modern villa in Olhos de Água - Albufeira.
There is nothing ordinary about this villa. Every room has been designed and decorated to an exceptional standard.
Upon entering the gate, the huge green lush lawned grounds welcome you. 600 metres square and more! There is a beautiful infinity pool, that can be heated if required, and a jacuzzi hottub that can seat 6 people. A children’s swing and slide set is a great addition for families. There is a built BBQ near the pool area, and the games room opens out onto here. There is a pool table in here, football table and also table-tennis table! With a bluetooth speaker and you have such a wonderful rage of entertainment in Villa Olhos Sun.
The house is bright, airy and open plan downstairs, with kitchen containing Nespresso coffee machine and double American fridge with fresh water and ice. A comfy lounge area has a large LED TV.
The most breathtaking sea views, almost 360 degrees, can be found on the rooftop terrace. With seating up here you can really relax and unwind. You can see right down to Vilamoura and Quarteira bay from up here!
There are 5 large en-suite bedrooms, each with LED TV and local and international channels. They have great balconies facing south with fantastic countryside and stunning sea views.
Location wise the villa is in a great spot - Olhos de Água beach and Maria Luísa beach are only 400m away, less than 5 minutes walk. Its a nice calm area. It is only a 2 minute walk to several good restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walk to the large supermarkets, local fish market, café, pharmacy, and newspaper/tobacco store.
Olhos De Agua has a variety of beach activities. Several other good beaches are within a 5 minute drive. Albufeira Old Town and Oura beach are 3/4 km away and Vilamoura Marina, Casino and Golf courses are 15 minutes by car.
The infinity pool and jacuzzi heating is £450 per week.
